Where are Arimon’s manufacturing facilities?

Our main manufacturing and headquarters is in Montello, Wisconsin. For stable, high-volume, high-labor parts and assemblies, we also have offshore manufacturing capabilities. Please contact us to discuss.


Does Arimon help with prototype designs?

Absolutely! We recommend prototyping for all first-time builds and revision changes, to confirm design, fit, production process and critical performance factors. Our experienced design and engineering team knows the right questions to ask to help identify design, manufacturability and/or component options to save you time, money and meet your deadlines. We’ve learned you’ll gain the greatest ROI and success partnering early in the development process, in the concept and design phase.


Will Arimon accept short run production orders?

Yes, we serve OEMs needing small, medium and high volume production


What does Arimon do to ensure quality?

Quality is at the core of everything we do and how we do it. Arimon's quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 (Montello and Wautoma manufacturing facilities) and ISO 13485:2016 (Marinette manufacturing facility). This means we hold ourselves to very high quality standard, which has been certified by an independent third party and are audited on a regular basis. Arimon manufacturing facilities are UL Listed/Recognized wire processing and harness manufacturer for the US and Canada, RoHS compliant, and conform to IPC A-610 standards for Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies and IPC/WHMA A-620 Requirements and Acceptance for Cable and Wire Harness Assemblies. Learn more >


What customer service can I expect?

We’ve all experienced being passed through many people without anyone developing a clear understanding or taking ownership of our needs – and wasting lots of time in the process. That is not Arimon! We value each of our customers and take their needs seriously, so we pride ourselves in taking customer service to another level! Each customer has an Arimon program manager who knows your projects, is available and with you each step of the way to make sure you receive timely and effective communication and whatever level of assistance you require. What are your average lead times?

Lead times and production vary to meet each customer’s specific need and take into account material availability. Customer’s let us know their needs and expectations and together we agree. Once Arimon agrees, you have our commitment, and on that we won’t vary! When we agree to a ship date, it’s a date you can count on! That’s why our on time delivery rate stands at over 99% for all of customers!


Does Arimon ship internationally?

Yes! We’re experienced with the process and will work with your logistics team to make sure shipments aren’t delayed by the paperwork!


What is largest wires size Arimon can process?

Arimon processes wire from 26 to 3/0 gauge. However, we are always updating and acquiring new equipment and tooling to better serve our customers, so please check if your needs are outside of this range.
